The Institute undertakes several programmes and activities, to groom budding professionals and provides Post Membership Qualification (PMQ) courses to qualified CS Professionals. To fulfil this objective, Dr. Svetlana Tatuskar, Director Kohinoor Business School, is regularly invited by the Centre for Corporate Governance, Research & Training of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, to address their accomplished as well as budding Company Secretaries on the POSH Act. The latest session conducted by Dr. Tatuskar was as a part of the 81st Residential Management Skill Orientation Programme (RMSOP) conducted by ICSI. Participants from all parts of the country participated in the training. Such training sessions thus provide an opportunity to the Faculty Members at KET’s Schools of Management, to contribute to the industry, through their expertise. Furthermore the rich interaction with the participants who are trained also opens up numerous areas for research and idea exchange. A truly mutually enriching experience!
